About Property & Facilities Management

The growth of the facilities management and property development sector of the group has changed dramatically since the introduction of Centrex Estates Ltd in 2000. New, enterprising projects and continuous investment into the division allows us to offer the services of Centrex Estates Ltd world-wide to associated projects whilst retaining a foothold in the local market in Scotland.

The core of our property development trade lies in the regeneration of areas throughout Scotland and the UK. Projects such as the rejuvenation of the original Centrex House site in the outskirts of Livingston, allowed Centrex Estates to move the trading group from a 26 acre site near Edinburgh to a 5 acre campus in the heart of Kirkton Campus, a technology and science park near the town centre of Livingston. Regeneration of the original site was managed and developed by Centrex Estates to create, new leisure buildings, children's nurseries and over 200 residential homes.
